An organization that seals its boundaries starves. One that opens them completely dissolves. Living systems do neither: they grow membranes, boundaries that choose what passes through.
That choosing is design, and it's the work I do. I help product teams figure out what comes next, and then build enough of it to find out if we were right.
If you're early stage, that usually looks like a strategy sprint. Two or three weeks with the founders, going deep on what you're actually building and why, ending with a strategy, a prototype and a story you can walk into a pitch with.
If you're a larger organization, it looks like a question you can't answer from inside. I join or lead a small team for a couple of months and we work it until it has shape, evidence, and somewhere to go.
Either way, I sit inside your team, not next to it. I make things in the first week, because a strategy you can't prototype is just an opinion. And I leave when you can carry it without me.
No pitch, just a conversation.
