the founder
I'm David Sjunnesson. Fifteen years in product and design, in Malmö, the US, Munich, and Malmö again. At IDEO I was a Design Director, built out the digital design practice, and led work for Google, the NFL, Ford, Facebook, Medtronic, Siemens Healthineers, Lowe's, Spotify and Alight. Most recently, three years with IKEA building the IKEA Secondhand marketplace and defining the global future strategy.
Some of it is public. IKEA Secondhand is live at secondhand.ikea.com. Work for Alight housed people displaced by the invasion of Ukraine: 25,555 days of safe housing, written up in IDEO's journal. Chrome Web Lab put the browser inside the London Science Museum: 6.7 million visits from 196 countries, twenty-two awards. The NFL app has stayed a top-three sports app since launch.
